Marble/granite accents to satisfy anyone’s Caribbean dream vacation. Living area couch even has 2 recliners for your optimum relaxation while watching the flat screen televsion. Your stay will become a tradition and each time you return, you will find more treasures.
You may just wish to stay put and enjoy the full amenities of the Mundo Las Uvas Complex including freshwater pool or beach area. Alternatively, you can explore the beautiful island just a short distance north!
The Villa’s south shore location is the prime spot to enjoy what Jacques Cousteau said is one of the largest coral reef formations in the world! Enjoy the snorkel and divers’ haven, as well as other water sports such as kayaking and sailing. These activities are accessible at Uvas beach or a 10 minute drive into downtown Cozumel. The Chankanaab National Underwater Park is also a short 15 minute walk away. You can also visit the Mayan ruins to learn about the history of Cozumel. PERFECT FOR 6-8 GUESTS OR CAN BE RENTED WITH THE VILLA AND 1 AND 3 BEDROOM UNITS FOR LARGE GROUPS CAN ACCOMODATE A MAXIMUM OF 30 GUESTS!! MAID SERVICE EVERY OTHER DAY. Perfect setting
SEATTLE United States, 18. March 2017 Stayed for 3 days in March, 2017The situation is great and is on beach in a simple and rural way that I liked a lot. Downside was the noise that meant you had to be inside with doors closed or on the beach. The beautiful balcony and pool were disrupted by the building site next door. They were driving pilots or something. Hard to know if it was a one off

Las Uvas Condos - Great place and great location

The cleaners who came in every other day did a great job too. By the end of the trip it felt like home and I now miss those morning swims in the beautiful crystal clears waters of the ocean.

Uvas Properties - a great find
Muskego United States, 27. March 2015 Stayed for 4 days in March, 2015This is an incredible property for many reasons. Great location - just far enough out of town, yet close enough when needed. Snorkeling is some of the best on the island right across the road, and is free. Natural park, beach club with full services, and two beach bar/restaurants within walking distance. Inside is newer, clean, beautiful and spacious. Kitchens very well appointed had everything we needed to cook. The grill is carbon, not gas or charcoal. If going to grill out, need to know how to start and manage carbon. It can be frustrating, but thanks to YouTube videos, we figured it out. Purchase carbon at grocery store. Free WiFi worked great and is nice to have. Three separate condos give options for number of guests. We rented all three at one time and were able to easily accommodate 12 people. Some traffic on road in front, but new traffic rules have significantly decreased this. On site managers are awesome and do everything possible to make stay wonderful. Only watch out would be busy times traffic road noise can be noticed and there are several rental properties in a row. Your peace and quiet will depend on your neighbors. We had both during our extended stay...the first group of neighbors were extremely loud, playing music and partying by the pool from 9 am until midnight and even later on some nights. But, thankfully, the next group was so quiet we didn't even know they were there. This could also happen if you rent one of the three condos on this property. You will be sharing with the other renters on the property, including the pool area. You will need to decide how this may impact your idea of vacation. I would recommend having a rental car, although you can catch cabs in front if you stand on the road and flag them down. No washer/dryer on-site for use. Plenty of lounge chairs around pool, but would be nice to have a table with umbrella and chairs for picnics by the pool. Overall, great property and value. We will definitely be back.
