Stayed in 8320 5/4-5/14/12, condo was really clean when we arrived and our maid came in each day and left it spotless. Condo was perfect for two with master bedroom, kitchen, dining/family and of course the patio with the amazing view of the pool & ocean. place was really quiet, hardly anyone here during May so we had the pool and beach almost entirely to ourselves. Only a few minor problems; some light bulbs out in the bathroom, fixed on day two after the maid called it in and the washing machine had a problem half was through our stay but we didn't let it spoil out vacation. Conda is in a great location about 15 minutes to town but far enough away from noise & traffic. Snorkeling was outstanding just off our beach and to the right, lots of fish & wildlife. I highly recommend Residencias Reef Condos as a place to stay in Cozumel.

The perfect location for quiet, relaxing time by the beach with our infant son. The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. Without a rental car it requires some forward planning for meals and activities but it is as it is a 15 min drive to town. Never heard a peep from the all inclusive resort next door - very pleasant. Raul (the property manager) is first class - provided above and beyond service and help with planning transportation, food, activities, etc. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is quiet and the swimming is great. We definitely plan to return!

Stayed in one bedroom 8320. Very nice condo. Maid service is good. Problem is that the only way to report a problem to the management group is using the phone system, which went down with the power outage. Reported the problem with AC not working in the<br/> bedroom and it was another day before the maintenance people came to work on it. Never fixed it. Bummer. Overall, very nice condo complex. Wish the AC worked.

Very nice condo. Nicely furnished and decorated. Stove. Microwave. Fridge w/ Freezer. Washer and Dryer. TV. DVD player. Coffeemaker. Nice Balcony. Two small problems - TV (satellite) wasn't hooked up right and took me quite a while to figure out what was wrong. Jacuzzi (on balcony) didn't have sufficient water pressure to fill it. Started it but didn't want to wait three hours. Washer and Dryer are Mexican style - takes two to three times longer than U.S. machines. Nice kitchen and dining area. Large bathroom. Nice shower. Nice relaxing areas inside and outside. Good sized bedroom and sleeper sofa. Would definitely rent this again. Classy and relaxing.

We stayed at this property (one bedroom), and I am well satisfied with my choice. In fact the apartment looks much better than what you see in the photos. The apartment is spot less and super clean. I think it is well worth it to rent this property for your vacation. In general Cozumel it a great get away island with beautiful beaches and nature. Don;t hesitate to book and enjoy the great atmosphere.

The bedroom AC may not be working properly you should check it out. Other than that it was great.

Javier did show up soon after our arrival, although we missed him because we were HUNGRY and ventured out. We discovered the washer broken upon arrival, but Javier had it fixed the next day, very impressive. He also was easy to communicate with via email. Property was nice and condo was gorgeous. Couple critiques are: UPDATE THE CONDO BOOK! All phone numbers not related to prop mgmt co were no good (ie. food delivery, medical services, etc - both of which we needed) ALSO, let your clients know how far away prepared food is and the price of cab fares. It would have been helpful to know we should have stopped at MEGA on our way into the condo - we ended up ordering Domino's Pizza the first night, and had to find correct phone # online. Overall, a solid 4 - taking away one point bc of lack of available food after 5 (not to mention beach clubs are OVERPRICED) Thanks to all!

Water pressure at the shower was lousy, otherwise the unit was very nice. The property is beautiful and well maintained. A little far from town, but if you're after some quite rest(we were), its perfect.<br/>Had Javier/Cristina arrange massages and they came to the unit (on time, and excellent massages).<br/><br/>Apart from the shower pressure, this is a very nice unit, located in a very nice property.<br/>

We ,My wife two teen age daughters and myself had a top vacation . Our lodging was perfect ,clean very well located beautiful grounds and on the beach.We felt very safe and all the staff was pleasant and very helpful. It was a place to relax and it felt like a home away from home. when , not if , we go back to Cozumel we will stay at Residencias Reef again. It was fantastic . Don`t change anything , this place is perfect for anybody ,any family,couple ,single ,you name it.

The view is wonderful from this spacious condo (bigger than it appears in pictures). Decent snorkeling from neighboring beaches, can rent sea kayaks, etc at Wyndham next door. Since it is far from town, would recommend renting a car (investigate mandatory liability ins before going!!)

Great view, very comfortable, nicely furnished in a beautiful setting. Very few people at the pool or on the beach. A rentsl car is a must.

Enjoyed our stay at Residencias Reef very much. Rental car necessary for trips into town. Restaurants along the beach near RR were pricey and the food was average. Overall, a very nice stay. Definitely would book again with them.

We recently returned from our trip to Cozumel. It was our first time to the island and absolutely loved it. Even though Swine flu was being advertised across the planet during our stay, we were able to have a fabulous time. The local people were ALL very gracious and welcoming. We never once felt at risk with crime or the flu.<br/><br/>Both the diving and snorkeling were great. Under the pier at Residencias Reef, we enjoyed some great snorkeling. The grounds/pools were also lovely and due to the 'flu' scare, we literally had the resort almost entirely to ourselves. Quite surreal to be in paradise with few people in sight. The unit was very clean and we loved the deck for enjoying morning breakfasts and evening night caps.<br/>The snorkel gear provided was also a pleasant surprise. We brought ours from home, so didn't need it, however thought I would mention for any future visitors.<br/>The only constructive feedback iI would like to mention is that you may want to replace your bar stools. One of them literally folded in half during an attempt to sit on one. The air con. must be drying the wood out. They look nice, but are no longer functional. We were also unable to use the jetted tub due to the drain plug not working. We contacted Javier, however it was a labour day holiday and he could not find anyone to fix it prior to our departure.<br/><br/>With that said, we will definitely recommend this property to friends and family and would love to return in the future.<br/><br/>All the best...<br/>From two thoroughly rested travelers....<br/>Michele and Scott Calgary, Canada<br/>

The location of the Residencias condos was fantastic--close enough to San Miguel and yet far enough to feel as though you really were away from it all. Our 1 bedroom unit was very well appointed and clean. The proximity to the beaches and snorkeling locations was excellent and all the staff, especially Xavier and Christina were very helpful. We will definitely recommend the Residencias to friends and family.

The unit was very clean and the binder that was prepared was full of helpful information. The women who was assigned to our unit for cleaning was very thorough and pleasant. We stopped by the sales office for help, were in need of getting questions answered. Luis at the sales office couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. It was our day of arrival, we were very tired and a little overwhelmed and he took the time to assist us and start our vacation out on a good note. Please pass our thank you onto Luis from the Philhower girls.

My daughter, husband and I spent Christmas through New Year's at Residencias Reef. It was wonderful. We brought our snorkel gear and snorkeled right in front of the condo. The condo was just the right size for the 3 of us and the kitchen was very handy. The rooms are big and the bathroom is spacious. The view is beautiful day and night. We were on the 3rd floor so occasionally there was a sewer gas smell in the bathroom and the water pressure was weak. Other residents on the first floor units did not have the same bathroom issues. There is a spa tub on the patio, but there is not enough hot water for it to be used as a hot tub. The beach and pools were pristine and private. We rented a car and travel back and forth to town was simple day or night. A car is suggested and well worth the expenditure. We will be heading back as soon as possible. Cozumel and Residencias Reef is the perfect location for the perfect beach vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay in the Residencias Reef Condos. The condo was spacious and clean and had a terrific view of the sea. Javier, one of the property managers, was very helpful in making sure we knew how to get around the island and even suggested a small dive operation in town that suited our needs perfectly. The beach area was always kept immaculately clean and we always were able to find a chair under the shady palapas. After a few days of using the convenient taxi service, we rented a car to cut down on travel costs to and from town. I would recommend renting a car to enable you to access the grocery store and restaurants easily.
