This condo is in a beautiful complex, with excellent snorkeling right off the beach. The grounds are so well kept. It was lovely and clean inside and had all the basics. Only negatives were hard beds, no plastic cups to take to the pool, and tiny coffee cups. Overall,I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our second visit to Reef Residencias. The location dictates renting a car, but it is in a perfect location with a never ending sandy beach, convenient dive boat pickup, access to the south side, and resonable proximity to town. <br/> The unit was spotless every day. The beds comfortable, living space large and well laid out. The view from the deck wonderful.<br/> We have stayed in many individually owned condos before, and were surprised (disappointed) in a few things. A radio alarm clock would have been nice for those early dive days. And no towel bars! We hated hanging up wet towels on the backs of chairs. Wouldn't they last longer without wet towels on them? Beach towels are bulky to pack, especially with new airline fees on checked luggage. I would expect them at a place as nice as this. Ditto shampoo. And lastly, we really expected a few little items like paper towels, napkins, coffee filters, packets of sugar, etc to be left behind from the previous guests for our use. I realize you shouldn't have to furnish all of these items, but there weren't any! <br/> Overall, the unit was a real value. My complaints are small compared to the entire experience. You can bet we will return.

Everything Great Except Mosquitos

Everything was great we loved Residensias Reef execpt the mosquitos. We were literally attacked everytime we opened the door. We had bites all over our legs and arms. We itched all vacation. We couldn't enjoy the gorgeous grounds or pools. The mosquito sprayer guy came once. There were only a few mosquitos that day. He needed to come every day. The condo was large, very clean, great view, good service, sparcely furnished.
