The property's general condition did not rate five stars only because the air conditioner in the bedroom was very noisy and even though we reported it, it was not fixed while we were there. FYI, the air conditioner in the living room also has a problem.<br/> When it is turned off it freezes up and when it is turned back on it makes a tremedous amount of noise as the ice breaks up and water runs down the wall. This needs to be looked at also. Other than that, the people/staff were all very friendly and helpful.<br/> Great facility. Can't wait to go back.

The notebook in the unit is totally out of date, including many telephone numbers. There should be written instructions on how to use the oven and range. There should be written instructions about the washer and dryer, using a German machine with Spanish instructions is very difficult at first.I'm not sure if the cleaning lady used soap in the washing machine as the towels come back with a greyish cast.Javier was extremely helpful and gracious with all our problems,but written instructions would save him trouble and would save us time and irritation.

There were two evenings out of the ten we were there that a group of young people held parties with load music and yelling. If the young people do not have more respect for others in the building, it would have been nice to have a security individual available to remind the revelers of the house rules. Sound travels very efficiently through out the building, inside and outside.

Our 1 bdrm condo was everything I had hoped for. Loved the quiet location & very restful. Had some minor problems with phone & satellite dish but that was quickly remedied. Javier responded within reasonable time. Our maid kept the place spotless - even emptied our dishwasher. Very pampered.

Nice accomodations. Maid service was good. Hot showers. TV had a problem. The tv shares a direct tv receiver next door and apparently outputs in the wrong format for our tv. It was quite distorted. I mentioned it to the manager, I dont thin he had a solution. Otherwise everything was great.

I would reccomend this unit. The only down side was it was in the farthest building from the beach. It was very nice and we really appreciated the bath area with double sinks in the section with the shower and then another sink in the toilet area. This was very helpful for a family.
