Our condo was very spacious, clean and quiet. The only improvement I would love to see made is to add a second sofa in the living room rather than the two side chairs which are not very comfortable. The view from this condo was fabulous. It was a short walk to the pool and beach and if you want more excitement it is only a 50 yard walk down the beach to your choice of 4 different beach clubs. Dive boats pick you up right off the close pier, and you are a very short ride to all the dive sites. This is a great location for families, or people who just want a quiet, relaxing vacation. Quick response from staff and the housekeeper was great.

A beautiful location and a very well appointed unit. Tastefully decorated with local artwork, modern appliances and very clean. We had a wonderful time and would like to thank the Heinz family for sharing their bit of Cozumel paradise with the rest of us!

Great place, very clean,nicely decorated. We used the patio table every morning, wonderful views! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great 2 bedroom condo, it felt like home and had a well stocked kitchen (anything you needed in order to cook or store food, even a cooler for the beach!).

Nice But Not Clean When Arrived

When we first arrived at the condo, the place had not been professionally clean from the tenant. The rugs were dirty, the towels had spots, the bathrooms were dirty, and there was a window glass broken. We thought that the condition of the condo was not acceptable. We called the manager and he sent a maid which cleaned the condo very well. <br/>Although the condition of the furniture was fine, the chairs and sofas had dirty spots which could not cleaned. The location is great. It is close to the beach which good snorkeling.

Clean, Friendly, Quiet, Beautiful

The property is new and well kept. The grounds were impeccable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom for 5 and had ample room. The property was pleasantly quiet with a large pooI, nice views and nice beach. This part of the island is removed from the towns busyness. We relied on taxi's our first trip but rented a car our 2nd. Would suggest the car for the freedom to roam and explore the many wonderful beaches and restaurants around the island. I recommend for families, romance, reunions and retreats. I hope to go back.
