We had a wonderful time at Residencias Reef. My main concern was safety for my 3 teen daughters and I felt confident they could come and go as they wished here without worry. There were many activities available and the condo was roomy and comfortable. The staff was great. Would recommend this vacation spot to my friends.

Residencias Reef is perfectly located a few miles from town. Very quiet and relaxing. The quality of the condo & Grounds was fantastic. Beautiful Beach and Soft sand. We have visited this location many times and will continue. Staff is friendly and helpful. <br/>Love the town and the great Food. Plenty stores for shopping. Cannot wait to be back

The photos need to be changed for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom shows a double bed and the 3rd bedroom shows twin beds. This made a difference in where we slept. No one stayed in the 3rd bedroom as my daughter did not want to stay up there by herself. Also, just to let you know the dishwasher and washing machine and the fan over the big balcony did not work all week. Overall, we loved the place and did not want to leave.

This condo has an amazing view and is layed out very nice. Each of the three bedrooms has there own bathroom and there is an another full bath on the secon floor. The two balconies offer stunning views and give you a lot of space to spead out.

I would recommend the property only if the numerous problems we had with Residencias Reef 5320's appliances would be fixed.<br/><br/>The unit was very clean and maintained that way all week. Javier was extremely responsive, eager to please, and very prompt in replying to all our communications. However, nearly all of the problems were evidently beyond his workmen’s ability to solve.<br/><br/>The hot water heater didn’t work when we arrived, evidently needing a replacement part. This put a major damper on our experience, since we had to wait three days for the repair. When the thermostat was finally replaced, we discovered that the hot water tank capacity was only sufficient for two people to take showers. After two showers, we had to wait a half hour for the hot water to be replenished. Since we were six people, that meant the last two had to wait over an hour to take a shower.<br/><br/>The dishwasher never worked for our entire stay, although a repair person attempted to fix it. It appeared to turn on and would spray water on the dishes. But it would not run through a cycle or actually clean the dishes. We needed to wash all dishes by hand every day, even buying paper plates and cups when we got tired of that.<br/><br/>The limited hot water capacity also meant that there was only just enough hot water to fill the "hot tub,” making us choose between one hot tub filling or showers, since the so-called “hot tub” doesn't have its own heater.<br/><br/>When we arrived, there was only a one-day supply of fresh drinking water in the unit. We needed to buy our own fresh drinking water for two days while we waited for the delivery.<br/><br/>It took us a few days to figure out that the washing machine controls are switched. When it is set on "hot-cold," it functions as "cold-cold." When it is set on “cold-cold,” it functions as hot-cold.<br/><br/>Although we liked the location and thought the unit's floor plan excellent, the numerous problems with the appliances w

We initially had a problem with cleanliness. We contacted the manager Javier and he immediately had housekeeping take care of the problems. Very spacious condo with great decks, a little run down. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Excellent beach!

no hot water especially in the upper level bathroom. <br/>Maid<br/> service was spotty but that may have been due to the holiday.<br/>Hot tub was inoperable due to lack of hot water. Only one tv out of the three got anything but Spanish programming. <br/>Beautiful view. Nice furnishings. Lovely balconies. Very spacious. <br/>A bit of a drive (10minutes) back to town for groceries and restaurants. But the beach was very nice and uncrowded in front of our unit. There were a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity that we enjoyed as well as the ones in town. Beds were decidedly uncomfortably firm. Not luxurious at all in the mattress department. The area felt safe. Overall I think the unit itself bordered on luxurious, though.

This condo is great - great views, and very comfortable. However the 3rd bedroom is off of the roof terrace, away from the rest of the condo - so don't count on the 3 bedrooms if you wanted to put a small child in the third room. We paid extra and got the all-you-can-eat meal package at the resort next door. This was expensive, but made the vacation great. Also, we went diving every day through the dive shop at the resort next door. This was a top-notch 5-star vacation.
