The accomodations were outstanding....excellent location to the beach, tastefully decorated and very clean and well maintained....never turned on the TV so I cant comment on that but the WI-FI was consistently strong. The wrap around porch was great in that we could find shelter from the rain and wind and continue to admire the beauty of this place. From beginning to end, from working with At Home in Cozumel and it's employees, certainly including Annette, Nichol,Christina and Javier...they were all extremely helpful and fun to work with on any issue regarding this property. The folks working at Residencias were all friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be returning to this unit!!

Fantastic property, lived up to the billing. Only two very minor complaints: (1) internet was intermittent, although I was able to use adjoining property WiFi(2) a little far from town, both good and bad. Rent a car if you make more than a couple trips to town over the course of your stay. Other than that, loved the place and will return!

My second time to stay at Residencias Reef on Cozumel. Really like the remoteness, the beautiful beach and the short walk to activities. The condo was excellent as before. The staff was helpful and responsive. I will definitely be returning.

We could not have been happier . We even found cold beers in the frig upon our arrival ! Beautiful, bright, roomy ,sunny clean condo with confortable beds & views of the ocean . My only suggestion would be, that it would be great if their were some directions on how to use the washing machine in english. We will be back. Thanks

The only reason I didnt give the property's general condition a higher rating was because of the TV. It has a loud intermitent hum...very loud! We had brought videos for the evening and found it impossible to enjoy them. Please get this fixed and we'll come back for sure! This was our second time in this unit and love it.

We will definitely return! This place was quiet and very relaxing. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, it's not for you. But if you want to read a book in peace, this is your paradise. The grounds were very clean and well maintained, and the condo itself was spotless.

This was our second stay in the same condo in the last 3 months. The location and condition of the condo is excellent. Great beach and beautiful view from the wrap around deck.

The condo location was great with a huge deck looking out over the beach. Housekeeping service was excellent and all appliances worked well. We enjoyed it so much that we have already reserved this unit for a return visit in January.

We celebrated our twenty-fifth wedding anniversary at the Residencias Reef condo and couldn't have been happier with the accomodations. Our stay was absolutely wonderful----relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable. The only thing I would recommmend is rent a car the first day of your stay. After we rented the car, we had the freedom to come and go as we pleased, and this made a tremendous difference in our trip. We ate at a lot of the authentic local resturants, visited Punta Sur (wear your lifejacket if you swim to the reef), loved the Money Bar, and drove to other places we wouldn't have been able to visit if we kept depending on a taxi. The condo was great and the location was perfect. We're already planning a trip for next year.

We thoughly enjoyed our stay at Residencias Reef. The location, the condo, pool, beach were great. A shower door was missing and kitchen drawers were difficult to open next to the dishwasher. <br/><br/>We used the restaurant recommendations from the web site and we enjoyed all our meals. <br/>

We had a very nice stay however, it was difficult to enter the water from the beach. You either had to enter through the pier to the right of the property or enter over a line of sand bags also to the right of the property. There were also a great deal of small jellyfish in the water at the time. Our condo was lovely in every way. The photos of the unit give it little justice. It was beautiful and very comfortable. The cleaning lady did a great job.

The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for this trip. It was spacious and clean and the wrap-around balcony-patio was great. Missed having specific hanging locations to dry out wet equipment but the backs of chairs worked okay. The view from building one is great! The new hotel doesn't block the view from this building. We always rent a car so the distance to town isn't a problem. Nice quiet location with good amenities.
