Loved everything about this place except the beach clubs down the shore. The jet skis and constant boats made the water on the beach muddy but it was great in the am and at night after the clubs close.

This was my second stay at Residencias Reef and my first in Building #1. Others in my group were also staying in Building #1, and I have to say that the view in 5210 was far superior to their views. The place was the perfect size, very comfortable, and very clean. I would pick this studio every day over other condos of larger size in the same building. <br/>The management was slow to repair a broken appliance (the maid sped this process up for me) and they were extremely unhelpful with some questions I had about checkout. But I had no complaints about the property itself.

Other than the pillows not being as soft as I would like, the condo was great. Unfortunately there is no contol over the other guests around you and we had groups that were up at 3am moving chairs and talking very loudly outside. That was a major drawback to the condo, you hear pretty much everything. It was our second stay at Residncias Reef and we will make many more.

Great little property, air conditioner sounds like a small plane taking off, but kept the room very cool. Javier was nowhere to be found if you needed something, and the maids show up at different times and not every day. Highly recommend this property as a great spot to stay.

Our week in 5210 was our third stay at Res. Reef, but our first in a studio. Nice location on beach, very quiet. Outstanding view and tasteful decor, but no internet or phone for first 2 days. Had to request it be turned on. Kitchenette was tiny, and some items too high for a 5-ft person to reach. We were diving every day, so didn't need much, but next time we'll probably go back to a 1-bdrm for the stove and cooking space, and we'll ask to have internet turned on before we arrive. Overall, we really like Res. Reef.

This was a fabulous little property, but it is little! View was superb. Nowhere "cheap" to go for a quick bite to eat unless you want to drive into town. The music from the hotel next door was sometimes a nuisance but nothing unbearable.

This stay was my third to the island. We enjoy swimming, snorkeling, reading on the beach, eating fabulous mexican food, and drinking beers and margaritas. Residencias Reef has been a great location for us, out of town, on the beach, snorkel from shore, guarded gate and beautiful well maintained condos. Plan on returning in May.

A Lovely Little Condo

I was so pleased with the condo. It was wonderful to have such a great view of the ocean and also to be able to walk right out onto the beach. I would most certainly recommend it to anyone and I plan on returning with more family members in the future.

Beautiful property right on the beach. A rent car is helpful as there were no restaurants close.

Enjoyed the Jimmy Buffet CDs and the view was spectacular! The drying rod on the balcony was a great help too - sometimes it is hard to get gear and things dried if only hanging in the shower. We were pleasantly surprised at all of the things available to use/borrow in the room. It was our first time to stay on the south end. More convenient for some of the beach clubs and quiet at night. Thanks!
