The Residencias Reef condos on San Francisco Beach are only 5 minutes by boat from Palancar Reef, and just 200 yards from Restaurants & Watersports,. They are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel. All the Residencias Reef condos have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to 2 large freshwater pools one of which is right on the beach. Residencias Reef 5210 combines the convenience of being right on the beach with the privacy of a second-floor accommodation. This studio unit has a queen bed and its own private bathroom. There is also a daybed that will sleep one adult or 2 children. A convenient kitchenette comes equipped with a hot plate, microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, and blender. A FEW COMMENTS FROM RECENT GUESTS…: The condo was beautiful and a perfect spot……Great view…..We like to scuba dive, so all we had to do was walk down to the Dive Shop…… We liked the fancy drinks they made in real pineapples at the restaurant just a walk down the beach NO MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED ON THIS UNIT!
